So there is a hint of teasing and amusement somewhere beneath the strange energy subduing his emotions. He never seems to really do much of anything emotive - laugh, smile, get angry. He will occasionally frown.

I am fond of plants a little more now. It was satisfying getting them to grow down in Zaun.

I'm not really a historian but it is a branch of religious orders that made its base where is now known as Vatican City.

Zaun later became ruled by many gangs, so had heard. A man who had led us in relative peace was murdered and replaced by someone else who divided the Undercity among the gangs under him.

I cannot say that the streets were ever single-handedly ruled by anybody [ unless you like. Count the general Church, and of course, normal law enforcement ] but certain gangs run certain areas. And the Family's reach was pretty wide.
