look, he's not one to judge anyone for sleep crimes but this doesn't seem like a situation coffee can help. he is not sidon-strong but he was able to lift beauregard by the neck to try and murder her, so I'd say it's reasonable to say he can wind his arms around his waist enough to lift viktor just off his feet to forcibly walk him back towards the bed. ]
Think you'd need a stronger upper than coffee at this point, and drugs are slightly difficult to get here.

His skin is warm and soft, the kind of moisturizing which comes from soaking in a tub. Lucien's hand and kiss make him sigh, and he keeps his arms lazily twined around Lucien's shoulders.
The glove on his right hand is gone; there aren't really any actual nails on the purple hand, but they have been painted to match the other nonetheless. The iridescent lines woven into the strange flesh now shimmer occasionally with a rippling glow of current, like a heartbeat. He keeps both threaded in Lucien's hair, and Lucien can hear and feel in the back of his attuned mind, a primordial arcane hum. Not evil necessarily, but dark, a song from a void full of magical energy, distant.]

he gets lost listening to the hum for a while, quiet - it's dark but strangely comforting, like listening to a song you can almost remember. deja vu for a magic he's never experienced. the way they are both marked with something otherworldly, a bit beautiful in the oddity of it. he wonders for a moment if losing the eyes is going to break this connection as well. he will be mundane, and ordinary again, animal and earth-bound instead of cosmic.
he tightens his grip around him, pressing himself closer and shaking his head slightly. ]
[What better way to remain perpetually cosmic in the grand scheme of the universe than to get rid of nine insufferable mages and instead be hiveminded with an Eldritch artifact full of their power and also your boyfriend.

[ sounds great to him. running his hands across viktor's back still - pausing at the rivets in turn as long as it doesn't seem as if it hurts. he's half-asleep himself already, the drowsiness is contagious. if he seems more normal and less horrible personalitywise there is a lot to be said for probably at least consistently sleeping some days. 8 hours of sleep could fix them both.
he laughs under his breath, twisting to get comfortable, tail going to loosely twine itself around viktor's ankle.]
[The fingers make his back arch slightly, but not from pain, something more akin to probably fondling the base of Lucien's tail. Without the brace, none of the skin is irritated anymore.
The screws nestled along his spine are warm from his skin; the bottom is the largest sitting in line with his hips, chipped still where the hammer had cracked it, and as Lucien ascends, each one grows smaller and smaller until they stop near the middle of his back.
Viktor's fingers return the favor idly, feeling the softer hair at the nape of Lucien's neck and the raised nick of scars below along the skin once Lucien has situated better.]
