Viktor is not already here, but he hobbles into Titan's Call looking miles better than he did before (but not great). He has put on a nice outfit: vest, shirt, tie, trousers, and a glove over his right hand. He also has his CRUTCH! Best friend.
There is no beeline to the bar itself, just a humble and casual walk through, looking around at everything. Speaking of walking, he's doing it a lot better than he was before.]

But I expect you will learn what's correct and what isn't? At that point, I would, perhaps, enjoy to hear your take on the technology around us.
